Deborah Jerisha I do agree as you see from my posts to Lisa above also; she didn’t have to agree but certainly could have expressed herself with the class to disagree and sadly chose to be belligerent and rude instead ..... it’s always ‘how one’ chooses to express themselves that defines them and if they’re kind, mean. If so, it is bad! But how could it happen? They started their natural feeding & breeding (may be nesting). As we could see human intervention is minimal (restricted to saving). He shrugs off in a no-nonsense manner.
Teresa Chappell if it was imprinting on the animal then the animal would not have taken a mate. The goose is grateful to the guy it's not a dumb animal like most humans. I mean hell there is a guy that saved a penguins life when it got caught up in an oil spill while migrating. The penguin is so thankful to the guy that every year during the migration (on the exact day the guy saved his life) that same penguin will stop on the beach to see the guy that saved his life and hang out all day until next morning before saying goodbye and continuing on with the migration. It's called gratitude. We humans just suck at it.
